Vani cooks halwa to be distributed and asks Rankesari to be distribute to children. Vani ready to go to school when Rajjan comes to Vani house with the doctor who signed Nimai’s original post mortem report. The doctor confesses that he did Nimai’s post mortem and signed his report and that Nimai was tortured to death. Vani reiterated that Nimai wasn’t a coward to commit suicide. She orders daroga to clear out Nimai’s name, File the FIR on new evidence basis and open the murder case. Vani calls Naani and informs about her first victory in the battle. Here, Samar mercilessly beats a man for cheating with them. Rajjan informs sayali that about the report being true and that he helped Vani file the FIR. Vani teaching the Gandhian principle to her students about adherence to truth and justice when the peon informs Vani that Pankhi has come to meet her. Pankhi shares that Daroga has called them as Vani missed her signature in the FIR. Vani goes to police station, signs and takes FIR receipt. Vani and Pankhi leaves and Daroga offers them lift as its night but Vani refuses.Vani and Pankhi walks on the deserted road. Pankhi shares her doubt on Daroga for deliberately calling them at the odd time for a small sign but Vani pacifies her. A car follows Vani and Pankhi. Pankhi fearful stumbles. Vani with firmness, challenges the person inside the car to come out and threatens with Daroga’s name when the car speeds up and goes back. Vani and Pankhi return home and find mami’s kid Harshad who lightens everybody’s mood. In order to divert Pankhi’s attention,Vani orders Pankhi to go with Harshad inside the room. Harshad promises to protect Pankhi like Nimai which overwhelms Pankhi. Samar request Sayali not to go to Vani house often as it would hurt her as well as Vani. He promises to find Nimai’s killer. Vani shares her worries about Pankhi and says three days later is Nimai’s teravi. Suddenly the electricity cuts off in the house.Harshad insists to have icecream and Vani suggests candle light iceream. Happy moment in the family and Vani gets Nimai’s flashback when Nimai deliberaly took off the fuse and had candle light dinner with Nani, Pankhi and Vani. Vani in school when Pankhi calls Vani and informs about the outstanding bill of Rs 50000 and if the bill is not paid in time, there will be parmannet electricity cut in the house. Vaani worried. Pankhi goes with Harshad to electricity board office and meets the Area Manager Chaturvedi. Pankhi explains that there is a mistake in the bill generation but Chaturvedi asks them to leave, stating there is no error at the bill is computer generated. Samar expresses his worry for Sayali with Rajjan that everytime sayali wants to visit Nimai house but Rajjan explains that he loves Sayali and tells him to leave. Vani sees her student Arnav in the school corridor and is confused to see his father walking away, trying to escape from her eyes. There is no electricity in Vani house and Pankhi sees a shadow of a man falling on the floor. Scared she screams. Vano and others hear someone banging on the window and throws a stone in the house. Just then, Vani receives a phone call threating her to stop the murder investigation or else she would lose her daughter now. Vani shocked keep down the phone when there is knock at the door. Vani overcoming her fears confronts and aks the person to show his face but no reply and knock comes from outside. Pankhi and Vani latches the door and windows and Vani stays awake guarding the family.Nani buying vegetables, scolds the vendor for cheating who misses Vani correcting him. Vani visits electricity board office where the peon asks for bribe to let her meet the area Manager. Vani denies and says she would complain but the peon mocks that she has no proof.Vani returns to school. Nani worried doesn’t allow Pankhi to go to college, just then Daroga comes and says that the stranger who troubled them last night will back off only if Vani takes back the complain. Vani’s student cheer up Vani by singing a song for her and record the video of the moment. Vani charged up goes to the Area manager and gives him the complaint no to rectify the huge bill amount but the Manager , Mr. Chaturvedi, asks for bribe of Rs 10000 for giving back power in their house or else pay the huge sum of 50000 as the bill,but Vani refuses to pay the bribe and records the words of the area manager in her phone. Vani says she would complain to higher authority but the Manger mocks at her. He is shocked and panicked when Vani plays the recorder as a proof against him.Vani calls Daroga and informs him about Chaturvedi taking bribe and that she has the proof. Daroga keeps the phone on speaker and Rajjan too hears and leaves angrily. Vani walks on the road, deduces that after she tied up with the Tyagi, starnge things are happening in her life, just then gets a call from school principal. Here, Harshad playing naughty with Pankhi when there is knock at the door and the phone rings. Pankhi scared but its Mami knocking at the door. The phone rings again, Mama picks up and its Vani who explains that something is amiss behind all that is happening and that she has to meet the principal. Tyagi reaches home agitated when Samar promises that he would contain the situation and solve the matter. The principal asks Vani to take evening classes since she has been irregular and needs to cover student’s syllabus. Vani returns home, Daroga waiting in her house tells Vani that he met Chaturavedi and got the power back in her house. Vani insists to find complaint against Chaturvedi. Daroga asks for the proof and Vani copies the recording into the memory card and gives to daroga. Vani shares with nani that she doubts Samar and Tyagis for all that is happening with them. Nani angry asks them to stop doubting and prepare for Nimai’s teravi which is the next day.
