The long running TV serial ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain’ on Star Plus is all set to take a four year long leap. The sudden jump in time is supposed to give rise to an exciting new track for the show produced by Director’s Kut Productions.
The protagonist’s have a makeover in store for them in terms of dressing styles and costumes. Varsha’s daughter, Ananya and Naitik and Akshara’s son, Naksh are going to grow up and the role of Ananya is going to be handled by a sweet new girl. Shivansh Kotian of ‘English Vinglish’ fame will adopt the role of Naksh. He was earlier seen in ‘Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha’ on Colors.
As far as the drama element in the show is concerned, viewers are in for a treat. Rumours are rife that Naitik and Akshara are going to come face to face with an accident, following which Naitik will remain in a comatose state. The leap is going to take place beyond this point.
