We begin with Ram and Priya (Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar) of Sony Entertainment Television’s Bade Achche Lagte Hain. Here is one Jodi that looks amazing on screen no matter what their age is. And the fabulous script of a middle aged man finding his life partner in a lady who has found it tough to get a match, is a platform that we believe, was created only and only for Ram and Sakshi. Versatile actors that they are, they give their best shot regardless of the mood of the story line. They excel equally in romance and emotion and this is the greatness of this Jodi. Hats off to Ekta Kapoor and Balaji Telefilms for giving the viewers a fresh Jodi in Ram and Priya!

Arnav and Khushi (Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani) of Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon is a Jodi with great looks and charming onscreen persona. And the roles given to them in the show were tailor-made for Barun and Sanaya. Must say, a great casting that weaved a success story! The story of Arnav, the angry young man and the simpleton Khushi was blessed with unparallel fan following, so much so that the makers (4 Lions Films and IMRC Entertainment) and channel did not want to take the risk of moving forward without Arnav aka Barun. Such was the adulation the Jodi garnered from their loyal fans.

‘Opposite poles attract’ aptly holds good for the Jodi of Sooraj and Sandhya (Anas Rashid and Deepika Singh) of Star Plus’ successful show Diya Aur Baati Hum. Destiny binds Sooraj, a simpleton who has not studied much, with Sandhya, a highly educated girl who aspires to study further. Their bonding, chemistry together and the manner in which the husband strives hard to fulfill his wife’s dreams have made an impact in the viewers’ minds. On the whole, a simple tale of a simple Jodi told in a very nice way by Shashi-Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt. Ltd.

RK and Madhu (Vivian Dsena and Drashti Dhami) of Colors’ Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon were believed to be a miscast initially, as many felt Vivian Dsena cannot carry the unpredictable and ruthless character of RK on his shoulders. Kudos to the makers (Nautanki Telefilms and BAG Films) for having faith in their lead Jodi! Their efforts have paid off today, as RK and Madhu is a couple that has grown in the people’s minds with passing time.

Considering the fact that Colors’ Balika Vadhu is a show that has crossed 1000 episodes, the lead pair of Shiv (Siddharth Shukla) and Anandi (Pratyusha Banerjee) , we must say, has garnered great popularity in quick time. The Jodi had the added responsibility of carrying the story forward, and to keep the legacy of their show alive. And this is exactly what Sphere Origins has managed to achieve.

Mohan and Megha (Kunal Karan Kapoor and Aakanksha Singh) of Colors Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, is one duo which has been showered by audience love. Yes, the peppy chemistry between Megha and Mohan won hearts of fans and critics alike. Yes, the show went off air only to comeback all fresh and rejuvenated with season 2 in January 2012. Viewers are eagerly waiting for magic to weave again on Colors.

Devon Ke Dev.. Mahadev, produced by Triangle Films Company for Life OK first of all, created a mythological with their lead characters in Mahadev (Mohit Raina) and Sati (Mouni Roy) who gave the show a phenomenal start. And to replicate the same amount of success with the introduction of Parvati (Sonarika Bhadoria) was a challenge in itself. But today, it looks like a cake-walk as the Jodi of Mahadev and Parvati will remain etched in the history of television for being one of the most popular mytho Jodis on TV.

Yash (Gurmeet Choudhary) and Aarti (Kratika Sengar) of Zee TV’s Punar Vivahform a stunning Jodi that looks ‘hot’ on screen. Here again, credit goes to the makers (Shashi-Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt. Ltd) for casting them as their lead pair. Gurmeet and Kratika were both on an individual high after their respective shows, Geet Hui Sabse Parayi and Jhansi Ki Rani ended on a high note with viewers wanting to see more of them. And for them to get together and cast a new spell on the viewers is something great!! And today, Gurmeet’s dashing persona and Kratika’s subtle sex appeal has created waves in the industry.

Arjun (Rithvik Dhanjani) and Poorvi (Asha Negi) of Zee TV’s Pavitra Rishta again carried the huge responsibility of bringing in the new romantic flavour in the show post the leap. And the couple has done exactly what Ekta Kapoor and Balaji Telefilms would have visualized. In matter of quick time, the young generation Jodi with their amazing screen presence has sizzled and kept the viewers glued.

The two hot couples of Star Plus’ Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Viren (Karan Tacker) – Jeevika (Krystle DSouza) and Virat (Kushal Tandon) – Maanvi (Niaa Sharma) are indeed the ‘Young Blood of Television’ of the year 2012 who have steam-rolled into the hearts of the youth. Again, this show from Cinevistaas took quite some time to roll out, but the interesting concept and the tale of the two brothers - two sisters and their bonding has appealed to the viewers from day one.

The new year celebration for Yash (Gurmeet Choudhary) and Aarti (Kratika Sengar) is going to unfold a high voltage drama in Punar Vivah on ZEE TV.

It was last seen that Yash’s suspect on Aarti has grown stronger when he sees Aarti with Prashant (Vineet Raina). Yash thought that Aarti lied to him for meeting her first love Prashant.

Ek Hazaaron Mein EHMMBH Will Viren save Jeevika in 2 hours?

The upcoming episode is going to bring a very tough time for the married couple Viren (Karan Tacker) and Jeevika (Krystle Dsouza) in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hain(EHMMBH) on Star Plus.

It is being shown that Jeevika has confessed to the court that she killed Karan and not Virat.

The scene took an interesting turn when Viren came to know that bullet taken from Karan’s body is not matching with Jeevika’s gun.

Viren revealed about the same to the judge and also presented the bullet which was shot by Jeevika’s gun.

Viren tried to tell the judge that neither Jeevika nor Virat, but a third person has shot Karan by exchanging the gun cleverly.

However, Viren does not have any proof against that unknown person. So, the judge gave Viren two hours to prove Jeevika’s innocence and the real culprit.

Let’s see if Viren will find out the truth and save his wife Jeevika.

In Star Plus‘s Kaali : Ek Punar Avatar  Next Week Vaani and others visit Keshav’s house and surprised to see Keshav’s wife doing full drama as a widow and requests Vani to stop putting allegations on her. Daroga mocks at Vani being mentally disturbed. Vani leaves to collect Nimai’s asthiyan. Vaani keeps back Nimai’s ashes decides not to flow it away until she finds out the truth behind Nimai’s death. Sayali backs Vani. Both Sayali and Vani decide to fight back. Rajjan visits vani’s house persuades her to believe that Nimai committed suicide as all proofs support it and let go of her vow of keeping back Nimai’s asthiya but Vani determined. . Sayali leaves with Rajan, Vani and Pankhi visit gauarav and urges him to find out the original death certificate of Nimai and also arrange for a meeting with the doctor who did Nimai’s autopsy but Gaurav refuses.. Both leave but Gauarav seems disturbed. Vaani, suppressing grief is ready to go to work and asks Pankhi to go to college. All sit to eat and pankhi serves the plate for Nimai. Emotional moment all three hold each other in their bad times. Vaani gets Nimai’s original post mortem report of Nimai.Vaani and family are shocked to see the original post mortem report of Nimai. Vani is grieved to know that her son was tortured to death. Sayali is lost in Nimai’s thoughts when Tyagi comes and asks her to go out and lighten her mood. Vani goes to police station with Nimai’s original report and she overhears Daroga and Samar talking about Keshav( accident victim). Sayali goes to the park and get flashes of Nimai who never wanted to see her and Vani cry, she decides to go and meet Vani. Vani confused shares with family if Samar is involved in Nimai’s death. As they are discussing this, Sayali comes and Vani shows Nimai’s original report to Sayali and hesitant hares he doubt on Samar but Sayali doesn’t believe. Sayali returns home, haunted by Vani’s words and confused if Samar had a hand behind the death. Sayali blurts out to rajjan about Vani getting original post mortem report and that vani overheard Daroga and Samar talking about Keshav. Rajjan thoughtful.Rajjan and Samar arrive to vani house where Samar explains that he went to the Daroga to find out if Keshav was really dead, if not then he would capture him and rajjan asks Vani to get Samar arrested if she still believes so. Vani apologises for doubting Samar. Both leave. Vani reiterates that as per the report, Nimai was killed three days before the body was found and was tortured to death when they were enjoying the engagement feast. She regrets that she shouldn’t have let Nimai go. Vani holding the report , determined to find out who tortured her son to death. Vani takes out Nimai’s achievement certificates from the file and is grieved to place copies of his post mortem report.She decides to go to the Daroga and show the original report to reopen Nimai’s case for investigation. Rajjan comes to Vani house and offers to put the garland on Nimai’s photo but Vani determined says that she would not garland the photo till she gets Nimai’s killers punished,Rajjan , Pankhi and Vani go to the police station and Vani shows daroga the original report and asks him to file the FIR, but Daroga refuses and says that he would first investigate this report. Sayali lost in Nimai’s thoughts when Shayamali arrives with a carton and asks her to dump Nimai’s pictures and all his memories but sayali refuses. She sees Samar and apologises for doubting him. Vani comes to school where the Principal asks her to be regular for school as he cannot help Vani and sign on her proxy attendance for her as he is answerable to the higher authorities. This strikes Vani who thoughtful recalls the doctor’s sign on nimai’s report. Here, pankhi receives Nimai’s engagement photos and gets emotional. Vani goes to the hospital to see the Doctor but nurse informs that he is on leave and will contact her once he is back. Vani returns home cooks Nimai’s favourite sweet dish for distributing amongst students. Rajjan instructs Samar to find out the truth behind Nimai’s death since Vani had doubted on him. Rajjan comes to Vani house with the doctor who signed Nimai’s original post mortem report .

 Barun Sobti (born 21 August 1984) : Barun Sobti “Desh Ka Sitara’  Is One of The Most Popular Actor Of 2012,He got married to Pashmeen Manchanda on 12 December 2010, in a Gurdwara. He completed his schooling in Delhi from  St. Mark’s School. He made his acting debut with the family and faith oriented daily soap Shraddha on Star Plus channel. It was his first major role on television wherein he played the male lead Swayam Khurana. His co-star was  Neha He later appeared in a cameo role in the popular teen television romance Dill Mill Gayye, where he played a negative role of patient Raj Singh, in rehabilitation for drug abuse. Sobti left the show as he got the opportunity to play the lead role in a show called Baat Humari Pakki Hai  to portray the character Shravan Jaiswal. After that, Sobti was offered the role of the male protagonist, Arnav Singh Raizada, in Star Plus‘ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?. The show first premiered on June 6, 2011 and faced an abrupt ending on November 30, 2012. Sobti decided, however to depart from the show due to health and personal conflicts. Sobti’s first Bollywood film  Main Aur Mr. Riight has completed shooting and is currently in post filming. The film is said to be released in either the end of March or the beginning of April in 2013.

Mohit Raina (born 14 August 1982) -Mohit Raina is an Tv Actor, most known for his lead role of Lord Shiv in the TV series, MahaDev.His acting career began in 2006 when he acted in a science fiction TV show called Antariksh that aired on Star Plus. In 2008, he starred as JaiKishan in a comedy movie called Don Muthu Swami, starring actor Mithun Chakraborthy in the lead role, however the film too didn’t do well.
