SRK and Namrata's exchange of words, Siddharth Kapur leaving wifey Vidya behind...snippets from Colors Screen Awards

Colors Screen Awards is all set to hit the screens tonight (19 January 2013). Tellychakkar.com gets you some exclusive snippets from the event.
Let’s first go on to Shah Rukh ‘King’ Khan. King Khan known for taking the case of all celebrities at award functions found someone of his match in Namrata Rao. It so happened that when the lady came up to collect her award for the Best Editor, SRK congratulated her on the win by saying “It’s The Best Editress award” to which Namrata replied with “Thanks, it’s the sexist thing to say”.
The superstar retaliated by saying, “Namrata is a great editor, I have worked with her in Jab Tak Hain Jaan, unfortunately she didn’t edit it well enough.” The audience was in splits after this... however what they were not expecting was a quick repartee from Namrata, who won the award for her work in Kahaani. She promptly responded with “I know, I couldn’t edit you out of it”. The audience applauded Namrata’s presence of mind and guts to take on the king. It seems Sher ko Sawa Sher mil hi gaya!
Wow…some guts and smartness, Namrata.
Now while industry’s who’s who walked the red carpet, we spotted the recently married Siddharth Roy Kapoor walking in alone without his better half Vidya Balan. It got everyone thinking about why the Dirty Picture girl was not accompanying Mr. Kapoor... however Vidya soon made an appearance with her parents late evening. When she was asked about this, Vidya joked about it saying that Siddharth is very punctual and he made it a point to be on time. She on the other side preferred to take her own sweet time to get ready. All we can advice Vidya to take some punctuality tips from her hubby to make it on time together for next event.
Chuckle…chuckle…
